Alpharetta's North Point Mall Redevelopment Centred Around 20,000-Seat Arena Approved Contingent On Atlanta NHL Expansion Franchise
Anson Carter's Alpharetta group trying to secure an NHL expansion franchise for the Atlanta area has taken a step forward, with the recent approval of the redevelopment of the North Point Mall site that will include a 20,000 seat arena. The redevelopment of the site for mixed-use and the construction of the arena is contingent on the group landing an NHL expansion franchise. There's more here.
